Born and raised on the island of Oahu and transplanted to Nevada. We are a husband and wife team who are both elementary school teachers, who love to get outdoors, marinate in the saltwater when we go back home, spend time with family, and take time to be of one mind with God. We enjoy playing pickleball and have been designing pickleball themed SVGs and shirts on other platforms prior to creating Liveprayplay.com. We don’t get out to play as often as before due to health issues from Covid, but when we can, it’s an amazing day even if it’s for short time!

Live Pray Play celebrates the act of living pono, praying daily, and playing pickleball! Live pono means to live in harmony with every living thing around you. Treat each other kindly and with Aloha. Respect and take care of the earth. And, most of all, respect and love yourself. Take time to reflect upon who you are becoming. Praying daily, for those who believe in a supreme being, is a great form of humility, reflection, and knowing you are a child of God and your purpose here on earth. Playing pickleball is one sport that we have found that requires a lot of humility! We have made connections, twisted a few ankles, and did some of our own marriage therapy on the court! Living pono helps us to remember that we all learning and we all have something to teach others.
